I found the hotel to be a mixed experience. While some rooms on the upper floors like 5 and 6 are worth trying, the ones we stayed in had very small windows, low ceilings, and no views. It was a real struggle when the elevator broke down, and we had to climb six floors by stairs. On the upside, the staff could understand English and even some Arabic, which was very helpful, but the breakfast left much to be desired, unusable due to cleanliness issues. The location is convenient, close to markets and public transport, but not the cleanest area. Limited dining options were a letdown, but the service and friendliness of the staff were commendable.
